MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES (MEMBERS ONLY):

Free racking of your brochures or other marketing materials in our office
Free inserts in our Chamber Mail-Out three times a year. Just send us 300 copies of your brochure or booklet (Maximum 8 ½ x 11)
Register / RSVP for events on-line & be entered into a draw three times a year, to have your company profiled in the Chamber News (published in the Record Newspaper)
Participate in Networking Events (many of which are FREE!) Hosted, Sponsored or Facilitated by the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce
Host a Networking Event at your location. You provide the space, snacks & refreshments & we take care of the rest – Marketing, promoting etc. A typical scenario is from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on a Thursday evening but this is flexible
Advertise in the Program of the Citizen of the Year / Bernie Legge Cultural Awards Event (a typical ad is ½ page of full colour for $125.00)
Sponsor a Hole at the Annual Golf Tournament ($250.00)
Event Sponsorship (Numerous opportunities. Each one is different.)
Advertise on our Website (Static Ad on all pages $100.00 month or an Ad on any one page except Home Page, Events or Membership Directory $25.00 month)
Auction Item Donation – Silent or Live
Participation in our Member to Member Discount Program
Door Prize Donations to be given out at our various events
Contribute a topical article (eg. Health, finance, sports, arts, etc.) to our Newsletter (Chamber News) which is published monthly in the Record Newspaper
